License & Refund Policy

This License & Refund Policy describes the rights you receive when you download a template or resource from TemplateSpark, and explains how refunds work. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and your active plan, TemplateSpark grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and incorporate downloaded templates into your own projects, whether personal or commercial.

2. Permitted Use

• Create documents, forms, contracts, letters, invoices, planners, reports, and other end products for yourself or your clients.
• Edit and customize the files to fit your brand, content, and requirements.
• Use a single template across multiple end products that you create.

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, or make a template available for download as a stand-alone file.
• You may not include templates in a product whose primary value is the template itself (e.g. a competing marketplace or "template pack").
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or its download entitlements.

4. Ownership

Templates and resources remain the intellectual property of TemplateSpark and/or their original authors. This Policy grants a license to use them; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Free vs. Pro Downloads

Browsing the full library is free for everyone. A Free account can download up to 5 templates each month, while a Pro subscription removes the monthly cap entirely and unlocks unlimited downloads plus editable source files. If your Pro subscription ends, you retain the rights to products you have already created, but your account returns to the Free plan and its monthly download limit.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not happy with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund of that charge.

Please note the following:

• Refunds apply to your most recent subscription charge, not to historical renewals.
• Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable; cancel before your renewal date to avoid them.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as mass-downloading then requesting a refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Changes do not retroactively affect licenses already granted for prior downloads.
